I want to live healthier, be healthier, feel healthier, and off course look healthier! This tumblr was created as my motivation to keep going. keep fit. eat healthy. and to look great.

The best way to stay on track is to keep a diary, so here it is. There will be personal posts about my day, but all relating to fitness. I look to other fitness enthusiasts and professionals who can lend a helping hand.

I am taking control of what I want and making sure I get results. Woot!
